Returns
We're confident you'll love our home linens products. If however you're weren't happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refunded because of the fact it constitutes a direct cost. Even if the order included free shipping ans equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from the return. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Please contact us for instructions before return. Refund is contigent on receiving merchandise in it's original packaging in perfect conditions for resale.

If as the consequence of an incorrect address, reiterated absences or delivery refusal, Mercalydia will contact you to inform you of it. In such case you may opt for a refund (less shipping and restocking fees) or choose re-expedition paying the corresponding shipping fees.

Exchanges
We try our best to process your order correctly. However, if you should receive merchandise that does not correspond to the size or color you ordered, or need, feel free to exchange it. To do so, simply send us an e-mail explaining the problem and we will be happy to exchange your item. Be sure to return it in it's original packaging with the sales receipt, detailing what you need. Shipping is at the customers cost.

Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order within 7 days of your contract with us, you may cancel your order and your payment will be refunded. To do so, simply login, return to your cart and cancel the order. Your order will be cancelled. Any payments will be refunded. Beyond that time, such request shall be treated as a request for refund.
