We offer both standard shipping and Agency Express Delivery worldwide. Fees are based on the customer's geographical zone, order weight and package volume. If you need express delivery or guaranteed tracking, please choose Agency shipping and handling.
Delivery delays
Due to the exclusive nature of Mercalydia embroidered designs, home linens articles are not mass produced. In many cases, bedding, bath and table linens are made to order. This has the advantage of allowing for custom sizes and accessories as needed to fit your home interior.
For this reason, please allow three to six weeks for delivery from the time of order transaction, notwithstanding confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. In the event the article will be unavailable within a reasonable delay period, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to modify or cancel the order.
Order tracking
Upon ordering you will receive an e-mail confirmation. At shipment, you will receive another e-mail confirming shipment along with a tracking number. If after the normal delivery time your package has not arrived, this number will serve to initiate a package search by the local Post Office.
If as consequence of an incorrect address, repeated absences or refusal of delivery, a package is returned, Mercalydia will contact you concerning the incident. In such case you may opt for reimbursement of the amount of the order (less shipping and a 15% additional handling fee) or le re-expedition by crediting the new corresponding shipping charges.
Although we have never had a package lost through the Spain Correos Post service delivery, the customer understands that National Public Postal Services package tracking is limited to local post office information available. Therefore, Mercalydia shall not be held responsible for tracking and guaranteed delivery on Post Office delivery orders.
Agency Package Delivery
For guaranteed package tracking and delivery, choose Agency Package Delivery shipping method at checkout. Shipping and handling charges may exceed 2x regular shipping costs. Consult Mercalydia before purchase for tarifs.*
Delivery outside the European Union
International customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duty upon delivery.
